• Smoked Halibut Tartare with Green Apple Jelly and Red Cabbage Veloute.
• Tomato Bavarois with Fresh Goat Cheese Mousse and pickled vegetables.
• Cod with steamed leeks and butternut with buttermilk.
• Duck breast with new potatoes and roasted carrots served with a spiced sauce.
