How to get there? 

• By metro: take line 8/9 and stop at Grands Boulevards. The museum is on the left after the Hard Rock Café.

• Free entry for children aged 0-4 years.
• Please note that children over 19 years old will be charged the same adult ticket price.
• The venue is accessible by wheelchairs and strollers.
• Please note that people who are prone to seizures are not allowed to enter the kaleidoscope for safety reasons.
• Please note that the ticket is valid for 356 days from the date of booking confirmation.

 Receive & redeem your ticket

• Your tickets will be sent to your mail in the form of a QR code after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your ticket in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.
• Present your printed ticket at the entrance.

• The process of getting tickets may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
