24-Hour Hop-On-Hop-Off Cruise Through Thames River in London

• Westminster Pier : everyday from 10 AM to 4:30 PM.
• London Eye Pier: everyday from 10:10 AM to 3:50 PM.

• You have to note that it takes around 10 minutes from Westminster Pier to London Eye Pier and 40 minutes from London Eye Pier to Tower Pier. 
• There is a new cruise every 30 minutes. 
• The child age rate is from 5 to 15 years old, but you have to be accompanied by an adult and hold a valid ID. 
• Free access for infants from 0 to 4 years old and should be accompanied by an adult.
• This experience is not available on Wednesday, Dec 25.

 Receive & redeem your ticket 

• You will receive the ticket from 5 to 10 minutes from the time of confirming booking.
• Your tickets will be sent to you in the form of a QR code directly to your email after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your ticket in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.
• You will have to show your mobile ticket to get a physical ticket at the kiosk at one of the piers listed below:
• Westminster Pier: at Westminster Bridge, by the entrance to Westminster station.
• London Eye Pier: near the Jubilee Gardens.
• Tower Pier: near Tower Hill station.

• You will be able to get a full refund if you cancel your ticket at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit and in case you select the refundable ticket during the booking process.
