• Please bring either a mobile or printed ticket for redemption at the Chao Phraya Tourist Boat Counter at every pier except Asiatique The Riverfront pier. 
• Please make sure to arrive at the pier at least 5 minutes before the departure time.

• Your ticket is valid to use on the selected date only you have booked.
• You can only enjoy the experience on the same day of redemption, not any day else. 
• Our tickets are applied to all markets, even the Domestic market.
• Some changes could happen on the timetables without advance notice. 
• Free access for kids under the height of 90 cm. 
• Kids at a height of 90 cm and above are required to buy the adult ticket.
• You can’t cancel your ticket after being redeemed.
