• If the flight does not reach the minimum number of 4 PAX, the reservation will be canceled 2 hours before the flight time.
• The maximum capacity of the helicopter is 6 passengers.
• Children over 2 years old must have an adult ticket (minimum 16 kg).
• Children under 1 year old and guests with heart conditions are not allowed on the tour.
• Women up to the 32nd week of pregnancy must present a medical certificate authorizing them to travel.
• Senior guests and guests with physical disabilities must be accompanied by the paying adult to assist them.
• Guests over 100 kg need to purchase an extra seat with cash.
• Bring a valid passport or photo ID with the information corresponding to your reservation.
• Be at the meeting site 45 minutes before the helicopter departs.
• I-pads and selfie sticks are not allowed, professional cameras are not allowed on board, and Samsung Galaxy Note 7 phones are not allowed to bring in checked baggage storage due to concerns about the phones batteries, which are prone to fire.

4. No show to your book time slot will be charged.
5. All activities are subject to weather conditions. If an activity is canceled due to weather an option of refund /reschedule will be given to you.
6.  All activities are done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for an injury or misplaced item on board.
7. Amendments cannot be made upon confirmation of booking.

9. The process of getting tickets may take around 10 minutes or more.

• Tours canceled more than 48 hours before departure receive a 100% refund.
• Tours canceled 24 to 48 hours before departure will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid.
• Tours canceled less than 24 hours before departure will not be refunded.
