• The maximum capacity for the Helicopters is 6 passengers.
• Children above two years must get an adult ticket (minimum 16 kg).
• Children below 1 year and guests with heart conditions are not allowed on the tour.
• Women up to 32 weeks pregnant have to provide a doctor's certificate allowing them to fly.
• A paying adult must accompany senior guests and guests with physical handicaps to assist them.
• Guests weighing more than 100 Kgs need to purchase an additional seat in cash.
• Bring a valid passport or photo ID with information matching your booking.
• Be at the meetup location 45 minutes before the helicopter departs.
• I-pads & Selfie sticks are not allowed, professional cameras are not allowed on board, Samsung Galaxy Note 7 phones are not allowed to bring on board/ stowed in checked baggage due to concerns over the phone’s fire-prone batteries.

Cancelation Policy:

• Tours cancelled more than 48 hours prior to departure will receive a 100% refund.
• Tours cancelled 24 to 48 hours prior to departure will receive a 50% refund.
• Tours cancelled less than 24 hours prior to departure will not be refunded.
