• Opening times may change without any notice in public holidays or special events.
• Guests can’t enter without a valid identification card or passport.
• A refundable 25 AED will be collected per guest as a deposit for the Access Card at Ski Dubai admissions counter.
• Children under 13 years old must wear helmets.
• Children under 2 years old are not allowed to access Ski Dubai, for safety reasons.
• Guests under 14 years old must be accompanied with adults (16 Years old and above).
• Guests must sign a Health and Safety waiver form to enter the slope, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled without any refund exceptions.
• All of our products are operated in line with local Covid-19 legislation requirements.

• Monday to Thursday from 10 AM to 11 PM (Last ticket at 21:30).
• Friday from 10 AM to 12 AM (Last ticket at 22:30).
• Saturday & Sunday from 9 AM to 12 AM (Last ticket at 22:30).

1. Full payment in advance.
2. No refund or cancellation policy.
3. Please arrive on time.
4. No show to your book time slot will be charged.
5. All activities are subject to weather conditions. If an activity is canceled due to weather an option of refund /reschedule will be given to you.
6.  All activities are done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for an injury or misplaced item on board.
7. Amendments cannot be made upon confirmation of booking.

9. The process of getting tickets may take around 10 minutes or more.
