Children under the age of 4 can't join us and that depends on the activity you will do.
You can eat and drink your favorite snacks and drinks after completing the horse riding.
It's not allowed to bring any kind of alcoholic beverages.
You can enjoy making a birthday party, barbecue dinner, and buffets in the stable.
Wear comfortable clothes for the riding such as sports shoes and sweatpants.
It's preferable to arrive 15 min at least before the trip time, to wear your personal protective equipment.
90 kg is the maximum allowed weight for riding the horse.
You have to mention if you have any physical injury before riding such as a sprain, fracture, or headache.
You can delay your reservation for up to 3 months.

You should follow the instructions of the trainer.
Don't be aggressive with the horse while riding.
It’s not allowed to enter the training ground without permission.
It’s allowed to ride the horse quickly to avoid injuries.
It’s not allowed to enter the rooms of horses, photograph them or feed them without permission.

All activities are subject to weather conditions. If an activity is canceled due to weather an option of refund /reschedule will be given to you.
