Once you enter the bay, you will meet a marine mammal specialist who will tell you many interesting facts and information about dolphins and their behaviours. Throughout the tour, you will be accompanied by a specialist team that takes care of dolphins to make you feel secure and safe. After the tour, you will have the chance to enjoy the sunny private beach to relax or play in the water activities such as water slides and thrill rides at Aquaventure Waterpark. The first thing to do when you arrive is to check in, change your clothes, then have a quick safety session with a marine mammal specialist to be ready for the experience and all of that will take only 30 minutes.
The actual experience of dolphins will last for 30 minutes.
Wetsuits or neoprene vests which are necessary for the tour.
There are changing and shower rooms available to use.
Towels and lockers.
You will be served with juices after finishing the experience.
Free access to Aquaventure Waterpark on the same day.
Ticket with a discount price to enter the Lost Chambers Aquarium on the same day.

Totally free access to the Lost Chambers Aquarium.
Transfers from and to the hotel.
Food and beverages.
Photos are not included in the tour but you can buy them from the photo desk

You can only redeem your voucher on the booked date and time without any changes in dates.
To redeem your voucher and be able to refund your money, you have to bring a valid passport or government-issued photo ID to match your name with it.
You have to arrive at Atlas Village at least 5 minutes before the experience time.
If you arrive 15 minutes late, we will take it as a no show and you won’t be able to join us.
If you are a pregnant woman, Please ask your doctor if you can join us.
This experience is suitable for both beginners and professionals of any age.
For children under the age of 12, you have to be accompanied by an adult.
Free access to children under the age of 2.
10 persons are the maximum allowed number per tour.
This experience does not include taking photos of you, but you can buy them from the photo desk.
It might not be easy to buy your ticket at peak times such as school, winter, and Easter holidays.
You can buy the AquaeXpress if there is availability at the entrance or at the visitors service desk inside the park.
Aligned with local Covid-19 instructions and requirements, all of our tools are clean and sterile.
Maximum number of children who are accepted to be accompanied by an adult is 3 children.
The entire experience will consist of 30 minutes to prepare yourself and 30 minutes with dolphins in the water.
We can provide you with a wetsuit if you request.
The whole program of the experience will be in English.
You can request special observers with extra fees.
Your guests are not allowed to be in the water.
You will not be able to enter some areas at the Aquaventure Waterpark due to some maintenance work, such as the following:

Aquaconda and Zoomerango Family Ride in Tower of Poseidon will be closed from 11th - 19th September 2023, and instead of that, you can also enjoy our Shockwave and Odyssey of Terror rides in Trident Tower, but you have to know that 1.2 m is the minimum height to be able to join.
Splashers Cove (for kids who are less than 1.2 m) will be closed from September September to 9th October 2023. But there are still 3 areas for kids that will be open such as Splashers Mountain, Splashers Island, and Splashers Lagoon remain open.
