  • Our crew's responsibilities and duties only pertain to the safe operation and maintenance of the vessel as well as the safety of its passengers, though guests do not have any other obligations or duties to our crew.
  • Our company will be the only one to determine the suitability and attachment of decorations.
  • We do not allow smoking inside any of our yachts.
  • The security and safety requirements of our company will apply to guests.
  • Passengers are required to have an original identification card (passport, driving license, ID card) with them on their trip.
  • Passengers are responsible for causing any damages to the yacht; compensation may include the costs of repair and the transportation of the yacht.
  • BBQ griller with extra fees, Marinated meat must be supplied by guests and then cooked by the crew.
  • We are not responsible for any personal injuries sustained while participating in recreational activities such as cruising, swimming, fishing, parasailing or any other water sport.
  • Life jackets are mandatory for all passengers while cruising only.
  • The yacht's capacity should not exceed the number of passengers.
  • Within 24 hours of the trip date, we must be informed of the number of passengers.
  • Passengers who are under 18 years old must be supervised by an adult or have permission from their parents.
  • Bringing animals or pets onto the yacht is prohibited.
  • Fishing operations need to follow UAE legislation.
  • The UAE laws govern our captain and crew members.

Policies

  1. The process of getting tickets may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
  2. In case of any problems, please contact us via WhatsApp to help you better.
  3. This activity is done with your permission, so Ootlah will not be responsible for any injury or lost items during the experience.

Cancellation Policies

  • Within 24 hours of the trip date, you have the option to cancel your ticket and receive 50% of the total value.
  • If you cancel your trip before 24 hours, you'll get a full refund.
  • If you want to reschedule your trip date, you have to inform us within 24 hours before the trip date.
