• Yacht trips are changeable depending on weather conditions and capacity requirements to ensure you are comfortable.
• Please wear smart casual clothes, but avoid wearing bikinis and shoes on the yacht.
• You don’t have to bring your ID; just bring your booking confirmation ticket, either on your phone or a printed copy.
• Life jackets are available on the yacht.
• Alcoholic drinks are not permitted on board.
• Please arrive 30 minutes before starting the trip.
• Boarding and briefing will be 10 minutes before the trip time.
• There is no time allocated for swimming.
• Please note that the tour is dependent on weather conditions, so, in case of any cancellation, we will make sure to reschedule it or you will get a full refund for the ticket.
• Seats on the upper yacht deck are divided according to availability.
• Free access for minors under the age of 2 years old, but they have to be at the lounge or cabin area accompanied by an adult.
• Children under the age of 9 are required to wear life jackets throughout the trip.
• This trip is provided in English.

5. All activities are subject to weather conditions. If an activity is canceled due to weather an option of refund /reschedule will be given to you.
6.  All activities are done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for an injury or misplaced item on board.
7. Amendments cannot be made upon confirmation of booking.

9. The process of getting tickets may take around 10 minutes or more.

• You have to cancel your trip 24 hours before the booked date to get a full refund. 
• In case of no-shows and late cancellations, you will not be able to refund your money.
