• The booking is free for infants from 0 to 2 years old.
• The pickup time during the summer will be from 2:45 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. (from March to August).
• The pickup time during winter will be from 3:15 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. (from September to February)
  The duration of the tour is fixed, but the drop-off can be later or sooner depending on the traffic conditions.
• The drop-off may take more than 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.
• Customer support is available 24/7. The OceanAir Travels team handles and manages the process.
• After the reservation, you will receive an appointment confirmation message and a tour guide after booking and paying.
• You can provide a paper or an electronic voucher for the reservation.
• You will receive the confirmation voucher at the time of booking and payment.
• The Dancing Show will not be available during Ramadan month.
• Pick-up timing may be changed in summer depending on weather conditions, 1 hour earlier in the morning and 1 hour later in the afternoon.
• If there are any changes, we will send you a message in advance.
• Pickup is available from Dubai city hotels, apartments, Dubai Harbour Cruise Terminal, and Port Rashid.
• Pickup from Dubai Airport is available from the Holiday Inn Airport hotel.
• Pickup from Bab Al Shams, Al Maha Resort, and Jebel Ali is available with an extra fee.
• Vegetarian food options are available.
• This activity is not suitable for pregnant women. If we find out, please note that we will drop them off at the starting point until we finish the adventure part, Dune Bashing and Sandboarding, and then we will pick them up again to continue the activity.
• We will contact you by WhatsApp, phone call, or resort contact at the hotel you stay in, in case there are any changes in pickup times.
• If you are sick before the activity and need cancellation, kindly report us at least 10 hours before the departure time, and we will try to make an exception and reschedule another time, as the cancellation time is 24 hours.
• You can request seats for children; we can arrange it before the activity.
