• It’s our responsibility to take care of all passengers, their safety, and the operation process of the yacht safely, according to the regulations and rules of the UAE, but otherwise, we have no other obligation or duty to the passengers.
• We are the only ones who determine the suitable decorations to use on the yacht.
• It’s prohibited to smoke inside the yacht.
• All passengers will be subject to our and Marina's security and safety requirements.
• You have to bring your original identification card, such as a passport, driving licence, or ID card, during the trip period.
• Passengers are responsible for causing any damages to the yacht; compensation may include the costs of repair and the transportation of the yacht.
• You have to wear a life jacket while cruising.
• We are not responsible for any personal injury during water activities such as cruising, swimming, fishing, parasailing, or any other recreational sports and activities.
• The number of passengers must not exceed the capacity of the yacht.
• We have to be notified of the number of passengers within 24 hours of the trip date.
• Passengers under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult or have obtained permission from their parents.
• It’s not allowed to bring any animals or pets to the yacht.
• Fishing operations need to follow UAE legislation.
• Our captain and crew members are working under UAE laws.

• The process of getting tickets may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
• In case of any problems, please contact us via WhatsApp to help you better.
• This activity is done with your permission, so Ootlah will not be responsible for any injury or lost items during the experience.

• You can cancel your ticket within 24 hours before the trip date and get 50% of the total value. 
• In the event of a cancellation before 24 hours of the trip date, you will get a full refund.
• If you want to reschedule your trip date, you have to inform us within 24 hours before the trip date.
