Lost, damaged or stolen tickets cannot be replaced, refunded or exchanged.
Ticket holders should arrive 15 minutes prior to the time mentioned on the ticket.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during their visit to The View and their visit shall be at this adult’s and their guardian’s risk.
No outside food or beverages are allowed at The View.
Large bags, shopping bags and strollers must be kept in lockers located near The View entrance.
Ticket includes The View at The Palm general admission to level 52, and AED 100 Voucher to be used for Dine-in only at Depachika Food Hall restaurants, consumable on the same day of visit only.
This voucher can be redeemed only in Depachika, located at Ground Level of Nakheel Mall.
Valid participating brands: (Limetree, Little Earth, Boon Coffee, Casa Della Pasta, 1762, BB Social Dining, Sals Sushi, Sals Burger, Daikan, TWOMS, Kilikio by Mythos).
The amount stated cannot be partially used and needs to be redeemed in one single purchase during operational hours (10am to 10pm) and any additional amount to be settled by card only.
