Children up to two years old have free entry.
Some attractions may have height restrictions.
Redemption of voucher is on the selected event date; amendments to the date are not allowed.
Select an adult ticket if you are 3 feet 11 inches (120 cm) or taller; otherwise, select a child ticket.
Locker and towel rentals are available within the waterpark.
Visitors are not allowed to bring food, beverages or glassware into the waterpark.
Aquaventure Waterpark reserves the right to inspect all bags for any such items.
Appropriate swimwear is required when using the facilities within Aquaventure and the beach thongs, transparent bathing suits, underwear, denims, very loose clothing such as abaya, dishdash or similar are not permitted in the water.
Regular nappies/diapers are not allowed in any pool or attraction. Swim nappies / diapers are available in all gift shops.
Bring this booking confirmation with you on the day of visit and you can present it printed out or on your phone.
If you require any additional add-ons such as towels, lockers or meal deals you can purchase these once you’ve entered Aquaventure at any of our Guest Services kiosk in the park.

All activities are subject to weather conditions. If an activity is canceled due to weather an option of refund /reschedule will be given to you.
All activities are done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for an injury or misplaced item on board.

The best family-friendly waterpark in Dubai. There's something for everyone, The park is well-maintained, and having unlimited access to the beach was a bonus. Definitely worth the price!
