• Locker and towel rentals are available within the waterpark.
• Visitors are not allowed to bring food, beverages or glassware into the waterpark.
• Aquaventure Waterpark reserves the right to inspect all bags for any such items.
• Appropriate swimwear is required when using the facilities within Aquaventure and the beach thongs, transparent bathing suits, underwear, denims, very loose clothing such as abaya, dishdash or similar are not permitted in the water. ​​​​​
• Regular nappies/diapers are not allowed in any pool or attraction. Swim nappies / diapers are available in all gift shops.
• Bring this booking confirmation with you on the day of visit and you can present it printed out or on your phone.
• If you require any additional add-ons such as towels, lockers or meal deals you can purchase these once you’ve entered Aquaventure at any of our Guest Services kiosk in the park.

How to receive your tickets?

• Your tickets will be sent to you within 5 minutes in the form of a QR code directly to your email after confirming the booking.
