• Participants under 18 years must be accompanied by adults.
•  This activity is suitable for participants starting from 6 years old and above.
• appropriate swimsuits must be worn.
• Pregnant women are not allowed to participate in this activity.
• Cameras, jewellery, hair accessories, or any loose accessory are not allowed in the water for the safety of sea creatures.
• You can buy photos taken by our professional photographer.
• All of our products are operated in line with local Covid-19 legislation requirements.
• It is important to keep in mind that high seasons such as school holidays, winter holidays, and spring holidays can cause long queues.
• AquaXpress (Quick Access) can be purchased at the entrance or at the guest service kiosk inside the park.
• Guests must check in 10 minutes earlier to the reservation time at the Shark Lagoon and Neptune Tower of Aquaventure Waterpark.
