Our safari trip doesn’t suit pregnant women or people who have health problems with their backs.
According to Covid-19 instructions, all of our tools are always clean and disinfected.
We can pick you up from any location you want.
We can provide you with child seats if you need them, but you have to mention that while booking.
Please let us know if you have any special food requests at least one day before the trip.
You can rent quad bikes near our camp for 150 DHS per person for 20 minutes.
For pregnant women, sandboarding wouldn’t be the perfect activity.
If you booked a private car, we can drive gently and directly to the camp.
If we change the time or date of the trip, make sure that we will reach our guests to inform them.
Wait for a call from the operator to confirm with you the time and location of the pick-up within 24 to 48 hours after you book your trip.
We will have to execute our cancellation policy except for people who tested positive for coronavirus, as long as they bring a valid report.
We are providing you with daily pickups from Ras Al Khaimah hotels from 3 to 4 p.m.
The minimum capacity for the trip is 4 persons, so if you want to book a private car, you have to be 4.

2. No refund or cancellation policy.
3. Please arrive on time.
4. No show to your book time slot will be charged.
5. All activities are subject to weather conditions. If an activity is canceled due to weather an option of refund /reschedule will be given to you.
6.  All activities are done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for an injury or misplaced item on board.
7. Amendments cannot be made upon confirmation of booking.
8. It’s preferable to contact us via WhatsApp to help you better.
9. The process of getting tickets may take around 10 minutes or more.
