Quad Bikes are only available with extra fees.

This trip requires at least 2 persons.
All of our tools are disinfected according to the local Covid-19 requirements.
We will need a specific and clear location to pick up easily from any location in Ras Al Khaimah.
There is specialized food for vegetarians.
You can rent a quad bike with extra fees.
It’s preferred for pregnant women to rent a private safari car to be able to go directly to the camp and skip the sandboarding part.
We will contact you through mail or the hotel you are staying in if there are any changes in the time and date of the trip.
If you feel sick, please inform us 24 hours before the trip to reschedule it.

2. No refund or cancellation policy.
3. Please arrive on time.
4. No show to your book time slot will be charged.
5. All activities are subject to weather conditions. If an activity is canceled due to weather an option of refund /reschedule will be given to you.
6.  All activities are done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for an injury or misplaced item on board.
7. Amendments cannot be made upon confirmation of booking.

9. The process of getting tickets may take around 10 minutes or more.

• You can refund all your money if you cancel your trip at least 72 hours (3 days) before the booked date.
• If you are late or can’t make it on time, you will not be refunded.
