Saturday to Wednesday from 10AM to 7PM.
Thursday to Friday from 10AM to 8PM.
Ootlah tickets do not reserve you a specific appointment. if there are no slots at the particular time, will reserved first slot will be free on the same day.

Ticket includes entry to the Aqua glide all day and goggles.
You must follow instructions which are given from the lifeguard.
Tickets can not be refundable, exchanged, or resold.
They have the authority to check your bags, and property before entering to ensure your safety.
It’s not allowed to enter any sharp or glass objects.
It’s not acceptable to enter any food and beverages except plastic bottles of water, dietary food, and medical needs.
You must wear suitable clothes for swimming made of lycra and nylon materials.
They have the authority to ask guests to change their clothes if they wear transparent clothes, underwear, and non-swimming clothing.
It’s not allowed to use masks, diving gears, and fins.
It’s not permitted to jump, horseplay, and unruly behavior in the place.
It’s allowed to wear life jackets in the pool which is provided by the place.
Guests must fit the height, health, and weight with the park requirements to enter the place.
Kids must wear waterproof diapers before entering the pool.
It’s not allowed for some people to ride the slides such as Pregnant women, people with heart conditions, and back problems.
Special needs and disabilities guests must be accompanied by an adult.
It’s not allowed to smoke except in the smoking areas.
Alcohol is not acceptable in the place.
The entire park area is under CCTV surveillance,so people entering the park are considered to consent to filming and recording without personal permission.
They have the right to view any record or delete it if it's not suitable.
Lockers are available in the park, so the place isn't responsible for any things lost.
The place has the authority to stop anyone from entering if they find any above mentioned reasons.

All activities are done with the client's permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for any injury or misplaced items on board.
