Water Activities at Braira Resort With Land & Space Marina

• 7:30 Am - 5:00 PM.

• Please be informed that in case of a jet ski accident, a fee of 500 Saudi Riyals per day of malfunction, in addition to the cost of repairing the jet ski, will be charged.
• Please note that in case of a lost jet ski key, a fine of 250 Saudi Riyals will be imposed.
• If the jet ski is used for additional time beyond the specified duration, it will be deducted from the deposit amount.
• The lessor has the right to withdraw the jet ski from the renter in case of failure to comply with good conduct during driving or if others are disturbed, without refunding the amount.
• We are not responsible for personal belongings and possessions.
• The renter must declare before the experience that they do not suffer from any chronic diseases or cardiac crises, and if proven otherwise, they will bear full responsibility.
• The renter acknowledges before the experience that they have read the terms in full, undertake to comply with them, and assume full responsibility for themselves, their family, and all damages resulting from non-compliance with the terms, whether material or immaterial, before all security authorities.
• This experience is suitable for individuals aged 16 and above who are in good health and proficient in swimming.
• Please ensure the wearing of life jackets and helmets throughout the experience.
• Please note that staying more than 500 metres away from the landing marina is not allowed.
• Kindly refrain from disturbing others or entering neighbouring resorts.
• Reckless driving is strictly prohibited.
• Approaching swimming and diving areas is strictly prohibited.
• Please adhere to the designated load capacity of the jet ski.
• Stay within the beach's visibility range to facilitate rescue operations if you need assistance.
• Please be aware that the jet ski renter is fully responsible for any damages caused to themselves or any other party due to any accidents.
• No additional person is allowed to accompany you from the beach.

• The marina is not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings belonging to the users, such as mobile phones, glasses, or other valuable personal items, and we are not responsible for them when they are taken into the sea.
• The participant acknowledges before the experience that they have read the terms in full, undertake to comply with them, and assume full responsibility for themselves, their family, and all damages resulting from non-compliance with the terms, whether material or immaterial, before all security authorities.
• All users of the parachute and those on board the boat must wear life jackets during the experience.
• People under the age of 12 are not allowed to participate in this experience.
• All users of the parasail and those on board the boat are fully responsible for any damages incurred as a result of any accidents.
• The lessor has the right to cancel the trip in case of failure to comply with good conduct during the experience or violation of instructions from the staff.
• Please note that exceeding a total weight of 150 kilograms for one person or two or three persons is not allowed.
• The user is responsible for any damage or loss caused to the boat due to the misuse estimated by the lessor.
• The user must not suffer from any psychological disorders, epilepsy, heart disease, fear of physical exertion, fear of heights, or any other conditions that prevent them from participating in the experience.

• Please note that this experience is not allowed for people under 12 years old.
• 6 people is the maximum capacity for the towable tube.

• The boat can host up to 9 persons.

Ootlah's Policy:

• Full payment in advance.
• Amendments are subject to availability.
• All activities are done with the client's permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for any injury or misplaced items on board.

Refund Policy:

• Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled activity.
• No refunds will be issued for same-day bookings, except under the following circumstances:
  • In case of weather conditions that prevent the activity from taking place.
  • If no slots are available.

No Show Policy:

• Clients who fail to show up for their booked time, slot will be charged the full amount of the activity.

Rescheduling Policy:

• Clients can reschedule their activity by notifying us at least 72 hours before the scheduled trip time, subject to availability.
