Refund Policy:

- No refunds will be issued for same-day bookings, except under the following circumstances:
- In case of weather conditions that prevent the activity from taking place.
- If no slots are available.
No Show Policy:
- Clients who fail to show up for their booked time, slot will be charged the full amount of the activity.
Rescheduling Policy:
- Clients can reschedule their activity by notifying us at least 72 hours before the scheduled trip time, subject to availability.
