  • Please note that the bus frequency is between 10 and 15 minutes.
  • The audio guide is available in several languages including: Chinese, English, Spanish, Russian, Japanese, German, French, Italian, and Brazilian.
  • The audio guide for children is available in English and French.
  • Please note that individuals using foldable wheelchairs can board and sit on the bus seats themselves.
  • Please note that wheelchair access is limited to the lower deck only.
  • Pregnant women and people with certain medical conditions may participate in this activity.
  • We recommend downloading the Tootbus app through Google Play or the App Store to track the bus in real-time, enjoy self-guided walking tours, and easily find your way.
  • Carrying large luggage is strictly prohibited.

Approximate Service Hours

  • From January 1st to March 24th: First departure at 9:30 AM; last departure at 5:00 PM from Stop 1.
  • From March 25th to November 3rd: First departure at 9:30 AM; last departure at 6:30 PM from Stop 1.
  • From November 4th to December 31st: First departure at 9:30 AM; last departure at 5:00 PM from Stop 1.

Bus Routes

  • Start point: any stop on the route.
  • Top stops and highlights: Opera Garnier, Louvre Museum, Notre-Dame Cathedral, Orsay Museum, Concorde, Champs-Elysées, Lido, Trocadéro, Tour Eiffel, Pont Alexandre III and Invalides.
  • To get the exact schedule for the Tootbus, it's best to check the website or download the app in the Apple Store or Google Play on  to easily find your way around.
  • Please note that the Trocadéro stop has been moved to the Varsovie stop (Avenue des Nations Unies)
  • On January 13, 2025, the last departure from the Eiffel Tower will be at 5:00 PM.

How to receive your tickets!

  • Your tickets will be sent to your mail in the form of a QR code after confirming the booking.
  • You can also find your ticket in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.
  • Present your mobile ticket at any bus stop.

Policies

  • The process of getting tickets may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
  • It’s better to contact us via Whatsapp if you face any problems to help you better.
  • Ootlah is not responsible for any injury or lost items during the activity. You are fully responsible for yourself in the activity.
