• Pickup points will be from hotel or home.
  The tour duration involves pick-up and drop-off time.
• The minimum allowed number for this activity is 2 persons.
• Within 24 to 48 hours after the reservation, one of our customer service representatives will contact you to confirm the time, and date and arrange the pick-up point.
• Maximum capacity for every car is 5 persons.
• You can book a private car and we can pick you up from your residence, but you will need to provide us with a clear location.
• You can book a quad bike with an extra fee.
• Pregnant women cannot participate in dune bashing.
• Pregnant women are not allowed to be in the shared cars option. They can book a private, skip dune bashing and proceed to the camp directly.
• People who have neck or back problems are not allowed to participate in dune bashing.
• One of our team will contact you if there are any changes in time or date.
• You can reschedule the ticket time 24 hours before the experience.
• We can provide extra seats for infants and children but please let us know during booking.
• There are extra fees for infant and child seats.
• Please note that you are fully responsible for losses, injuries, or damage caused throughout the experience and the Insurance does not cover these costs.
• The transportation will be in shared land cruiser cars with 5 people in each car, however, this may be modified to comply with UAE law.
• You can bring with you a hat, sandals, a camera, sunscreen, a light sweater in winter, and loose-fitting clothes in summer.
• All of our products are operated in line with local Covid-19 legislation requirements.

4. No show to your book time slot will be charged.
5. All activities are subject to weather conditions. If an activity is canceled due to weather an option of refund /reschedule will be given to you.
6.  All activities are done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for an injury or misplaced item on board.
7. Amendments cannot be made upon confirmation of booking.

9. The process of getting tickets may take around 10 minutes or more.
