Your tickets will be sent to you in the form of a QR- code directly to your email after confirming the booking.
You can also find your ticket in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.
Please bring a valid ID photo, as you will need to show it at the entrance.
This entry ticket will not be valid during public holidays in the UAE.
All activities related to animals may change according to the health and physical condition of the animals.
Please check the specific timings of shows and activities before your visit.
For the Zoo zip and climb, the allowed height for participants is above 140 cm, and from 110 cm to 135 cm height for people in the junior climb.
The driving adventure is only allowed for people between 6 and 12 years old.
It’s not allowed to wear high heels, flip flops, or open-toe shoes during the activities, and please make sure to tie up long hair while driving.
Please note that you have to respect all rules and regulations of Emirates Park Zoo during your visit, and we will enforce the booking policy.

There are transfer services available from specific areas in Abu Dhabi only.
It’s not allowed to eat, drink, and smoke inside the vehicle during any tour, including transfer services.

رحلة ممتعة جدًا، والأطفال كانوا مستمتعين بكل لحظة. أكثر شيء حمسهم هو إطعام الزرافات والتفاعل مع الحيوانات في الـ Petting Zoo. المكان واسع وفيه أنشطة متنوعة، لكن نصيحتي تجون في الصباح عشان تتجنبون الحر.

من زمان ودي أزور الحديقة، والحجز عن طريق عطلة كان سهل جدًا وما أخذ مني إلا دقيقتين. المكان فيه كل شيء متوقعه من حديقة حيوانات وأكثر، لكن أعتقد لو فيه أماكن ظل أكثر بيكون أفضل، خصوصًا في الصيف.

The zoo is much bigger than I expected, and there are so many activities for kids! The bird show was fascinating, and the car driving adventure kept my son entertained for hours. Definitely a great place for families

تجربة جميلة جدًا خاصة للأطفال، تفاعلهم مع الحيوانات كان priceless. بس لو تفكر تروح لازم تجيب معك قبعة ومياه باردة لأن الجو حار، غير كذا المكان فيه أنشطة حلوة جدًا.

I booked through Ootlah, and everything was smooth. Got the QR code in my email right after booking. The sea lion show was surprisingly entertaining, and my little one absolutely loved feeding the elephants. The place gets busy in the afternoon, so morning visits are best

أول مرة أزور حديقة حيوانات وأحس إن التفاعل مع الحيوانات حقيقي لهالدرجة! العروض ممتعة جدًا، بس تمنيت لو كان فيه أماكن جلوس أكثر عند مناطق الانتظار.
